the present perfect tense. There is only a slight difference in their uses but

Present
Perfect Continuous tense Structure
This tense is made up of you 2 tenses.

When both of these tenses come together, they form another tense which is popularly known as the present perfect continuous tense. It accepts both of their identities and show them in a single sentence.
Formation: First as per its name
the present perfect comes first hence we make the sentence in the present
perfect tense and then add the continuous at the last. Finally it becomes the
present perfect continuous tense.
Statement: (Subject + Has / Have + been
+ V1 + ING + Since / For)
Negative : {Subject + (Has / Have)
Not + been + V1 + ING + Since / For}
Interrogative: (W.H.F + Has / Have+ Sub
+ been + V1 + ING + Since / For + ?)
Have
:- I, we, you, they, people, students, (Plural)
Has
:- She, he, it, Jackson, Raju (Singular)
When
we add ING to an action verb, it is called a present particle form. There are a
few precautions that one must keep in mind to do so.

When an action verb ends with ‘E’ letter at the last we
remove ‘E’ and put ‘ING’ at the last.
Dance + ING = Danceing
(Incorrect)
Dance + ING = Dancing
(correct)
·
CVC Rule :- when an action verbs ends with a consonant a verb
and finally a consonant, you have to add ING to it. There is a fixed rule for
it in English grammar. We double the last letter and put ING to it at the end.
There are some verbs given below to make it clearer through examples.
Cut, Quarrel, Cancel, Hop, Chop, = cutting, quarrelling,
cancelling, hopping and chopping.
This rule is also applicable for the present continuous tense.
