A teacher is someone who keeps extremely significance in our lives. A person bakes himself in the hutment of knowledge to be proficient in a specific field and practices for several years with different kind of people. When he feels confident of satisfactory results that his way of sharing thoughts is easily understandable to all then he accepts the profession of teaching. He molds us in a disciplined way with his influencing life experience that patronages students to take accurate decisions in their lives at indispensable occasions. When we are born, we are a blank paper only a teacher fills it with beautiful thoughts and creative ideas whose outcomes demonstrate a meaningful life. Whatever we are just because of a teacher. The teacher is like a road that remains at the same place, but takes his students to the peaks of success. Learning is an integral part of each life and it never stops because the life keeps teaching every day new things. Teaching which is supposed to be the easiest and less time- taking job on the contrary it is one of the most arduous tasks in the world. It takes only a few minutes to teach the students in a period but to prepare for that time, takes almost a vital part of time this show clearly how importance role a teacher plays in one’s life.

How teachers influence students' lives?

The relation of a student and a teacher doesn’t end up after the school whereas it is an everlasting relation. A teacher leads a less affluent but more respective and satisfactory life. We are the just reflection of his positive attitude. He is like a candle who illuminates a lot of lights with his knowledgeable experiences.  His attributes in laying the foundation of a great society which brings integrity and secularity with open minded people are really and truly indescribable achievements. Just like the diamonds are tested only by a jeweler that same, students are tested by a good teacher who examines their potential, determination, consistency, capabilities, deficiencies and interests and helps them to achieve their goals and burgeon towards the aim with a view to completing it.

How teachers inspire students?

He inspires them by telling stories of great people along with the hardships and grievances which strengthen their dedications and lose the fear of failure. He targets the young generation who will be the future of a country. A teacher makes a child responsible, educated, disciplined, punctual and loyal to his duties thinking that he will lead others with the help of these weapons. If they are indoctrinated with an arduous effort, will surely give their contribution in returns for the country in various ways. There are only two persons who care for a child’s dreams one is a parent and another is a teacher. Parents see the dreams for their children and the teachers get it completed in reality. A teacher’s due can never be paid back come what may. A teacher is a rich source of inspiration for students as his outstanding personality and remarkable behavior leave an imperative impact. He becomes a role model for them and they start following his life changing principles.

History of a teacher

In the ancient time there were gurus who used to educate the children about the fundamental rules of life. The way of learning was totally different from today’s time. There were ashrams in the solitude far from the residential areas in the forests. Where the saints gave their lectures. The life style of that was a hundred times harder than this. A student had a lot of responsibilities to be carried out in his daily life and gives some time to the maintenance of the ashram, but now a days this totally differs from that.

 A mother is supposed to be our first teacher, but there are teachers everywhere with different appearances as a mentor, coach, trainer, tutor and facilitator etc. They assume their duty is to fulfil the dreams of their students with pre-decided careers where they will bring changes with amazing working abilities.

Personal Opinion

        ·        A little effort made by teachers can change the life of thousands students completely. This only needs a bit attention and support to the students what he is fond of.

        ·         A good teacher must reform your mistakes not insult you for the loophole you have ever made. This demoralizes a student’s confidence and he stops trying. Hence the teachers must take care of these little things “A suggestion if given in public is an act of insult if given privately becomes the remedy”.

        ·        A quote must be hung in all the classrooms “Your mistakes are the proofs that you are trying.” The teacher’s behavior should be delicate so that the students never fear from asking their queries or sharing their any problem with him for getting helpful possible alternative ways.

        ·         A teacher should try to understand a student’s sentiments and thinks keeping himself on his place to observe better. The feedback given from a student’s side must be taken seriously because sometimes young students can teach you what the experienced teachers couldn’t do hence always keeping learning.

        ·        A teacher keeps higher significance than the God’s in our culture, kindly keep if safe and transferred in to the upcoming generation.
