Possession of Future Simple Tense | Future Indefinite Possession


Formulas:-

·         Affirmative : Sub+will+have+compliment.

·         Negative      : Sub+will+not+have+compliment.

·         Interrogative       : Will+Sub+have+compliment?

·         InterroNegative   :Won’t+ Sub+have+compliment?

Compliment:-

                       In possession of future simple tense compliment may be Ownership, Illnesses, Relations, Charachteristics.

Examples:-

·         I will have a car.

·         You won’t have this mobile.

·         Won’t you have toothache?

·         Who and what will have?

·         When will you have your own house?

State of Future Simple | State of Future Indefinite Tense


Formulas :-

·         Affirmative : Subject+Will+be+Noun or Adjective.

·         Negative      : Subject+will+not+be+Noun or Adjective.

·         Interrogative       : Will+Subject+be+Noun or Adjective?

·         InterroNegative : Won’t+ Subject+be+Noun or Adjective?

Short Form :-

                     Will not = Won’t

Examples :-

·         I will be a Doctor.

·         It will be like a desert  without you.

Uses of Future Simple | Uses of Future Indefinite tense


1- For giving and asking information about future:-

                      Future simple tense can be used for giving or asking informations about what is going be done in future.

Examples:

·         I will cook biryani tomorrow.
·         Will you go to Lahore next week?

2-For Instant Decisions:-

                    Future indefinite tense can be used for instant decisions as well.

Examples:

·         Door been knocks and someone instantly say “ I will open the door”.
·         I will go to picnic too.

3-For giving Threats:-

                   Future simple tense can also be used for giving threats to someone.

·         I will kill you.
·         I will strangle you.

Future Simple Tense | Future Indefinite Tense

Definition:-

                   We use future simple tense when we decide to do something in future.

Formulas:-

            Affirmative: Sub+will+Verb(Present form/1st Form)+Obj.

            Negative    : Sub+will+not+Verb(Present form/1st Form)+Obj.  

            Interrogative      : Will+Sub+Verb(Present form/1st Form)+Obj.    

            InterroNegative : Will+not+Sub+Verb(Present form/1st Form)+Obj.

Short Form:-

                  Will not = Won’t

Examples:-

·         He will teach English.
·         He won’t teach English.
·         Will you teach English?
·         Won’t you teach English?

Posssession of Past Simple Tense

Formula:-

·         Affirmative: Sub+Had+Compliment.
·         Negative     : Sub+Did+not+have+Compliment.
·         Interrogative      : Did+Sub+have+Compliment.
·         InterroNegative : Didn’t Sub+have+Compliment.

Compliments:-

              Compliment may be possession, Ilness, Relations, Characteristics.

Short Form:-

                   Did not = Didn’t

Examples:-

·         I had a car.
·         Did you have mobile?
·         Didn’t you have fever yesterday?
·         I didn’t have pain in my leg.
·         What else did you have?
·         I had that job for just two years.

Formulas:-

Short Forms:-

·         Was not = wasn’t
·         Were not = weren’t

Uses of Was and Were:-

·         Was :- It is used with I,He,She,It and with any singular name.
·         Were :- It is used with We, You,They and all plurals.

Examples:-

·         You were studious.

·         Weren’t you there?
·         What was that?
·         Where were you?
·         How was he?
·         Who was that person?

Past Simple Tense | Action of Past Simple Tense


Definition:-

                  When an action started in past and finished aswell in the past at a particular time. It is said action of past simple tense.

                                                              OR

                                       When something happened in past.

Formulas :-
·         Affirmative : Sub+Verb(past form/2nd form)+Obj
·         Negative    : Sub+Did+not+Verb(Present Form/1nd form)+Obj
·         Interrogative       : Did+Sub+Verb(Present Form/1nd form)+Obj+?

·         Negative             : Subject+is/am/are+not+Object(Noun or Adjective)
·         Interrogative      : is/am/are+Subject +not+Object(Noun or Adjective)
·         InterroNegative : is/am/are+not+Subject+Object(Noun or Adjective)

Uses of is/am/are:

·         Is :- Is is used with “He”,”She”,”It” and all third person singulars.
·         Am :- Am is used with only “I”.
·         Are:- Are is used with “You”,”We”,”They” and plurals.

Short Forms:

·         Is not = Isn’t
·         Are not = Aren’t
·         Am not = aren’t

·         You are stubborn.
·         I am sulky.
·         He isn’t studious.

Uses of Present Simple Tense


1           1-Repeated Actions:

                                We can use present simple tense for repeated actions.

             Example:
·         We celeberate Valentine’s Day every year.

       2-  Daily Routens:
                                            We can use present indefinite tense for th work done on daily bases.
    
             Example:
·         I go to office daily.

       3-  Permanent and Natural Situations/Universal Truth:

                                            We can use present simple or indefinite tense for permanet and natural situations or for universal truths.

             Example:
·         Earth revolves arround the sun from the east and sets in west.

      4- Headline News:
                                            We can use present simple tense for Headlines aswell.

             Example:
·         Prime Minister visits USA.

   5-Imperative(verb 1st form+Obj):

                                         We can also use present simple tense for imperative sentenses.

             Examples:                  
·         Open the door.
·         Close the door.
·         Go to your room.

Present Simple | Present Indefinite Tense | Action of Present Simple


Definition:
                    We use present simple tense when we talk about the work which is done in present.
                                                                        OR
                    When something happens.

Formulas:
                  Affirmative          :   Sub+Verb(present form)+ Object
                  Negative               :   Sub+Do/Does+not+Verb(present form)+ Object   
                  Interrogative       :   Do/Does+ Sub+Verb(present form)+ Object
                  InterroNegative :    Do/Does+not+ Sub+Verb(present form)+ Object

Examples :
·         I teach English.
·         I don’t teach English.
·         Do I teach English?
·         Don’t I teach English?

Short Forms :
·         Do not = Don’t
·         Does not = Doesn’t

Note :
                   WE place ‘s’ or ‘es’ after the verb in affirmative case if the sub is “HE”, “SHE”, “IT” or any third person singular.

Examples:
·         He teaches english.
·         She stares at me.
·         It happens to us.
·         Ali goes to school.

WH Questions | Uses Of WH Questions


1-What :-
           It is used when we talk about the things or when we collect information.
Examples :
·         What is it ?
·         What  do you do?
·         At What time will you reach here?

2-When :-
          It is used when we talk about time.
Examples :
·         When do you go your office?
·         When will you rech there?
·         When did you meet him?

3-Where :-
         It is used when we talk about place.
Examples :
·         Where do you live?
·         Where are you?
·         Where are you going?

4-Which :-
         It is also used when we talk about the things or when we collect information like “ What “ but in this WH Question “ Where”, we have limited choice.
         We use ” What”  when we can choose from everywhere but we use “which” when we can choose from limited things which is given to us.
Examples :
·         Which of theses do you like?
·         Which teacher do you like in our institute?
·         Which book do you like in our library?


5-Why:-
       It is ussed when we talk about reasons. We use it when we ask the reasons of works which are done.
Examples  :
·         Why do you come here?
·         Why did you go there?
·         Why have you done this?

6-Whose:-
      It is used when we talk about belongings.
Examples :
·         Whose book is this?
·         Whose teaching do you like?
·         Whose character do you like in the film?

7-Who:-
     It is used when we talk about the persons.
Examples :
·         Who plays with you?
·         Who do you play with?
·         Who of you has done it?

8-How:-
     It is used when we demand the description of anything.
Examples:
·         How do you go there?
·         How did you do this?
·         How have you come here?
·         How are you?

These are eight WH Questions which is used whenever a sentense is measured in an interrogative sense.
